# External Client - Sign-Up
This section explains how an external client can sign up for Arup Inform.
Once the Inform team adds your email to the guest list, you will receive an email with an invitation link to Inform.
Click "Accept Invitation".
You will be directed to an account setup/login page. Click "Send code" to receive an email from Microsoft with a verification code.
Enter the verification code and click "Sign in".
Review the requested permissions and click "Accept".
Arup requires all users to have multiple authentication methods. In order to set up additional authentication methods, click "Next".
Choose an authentication method that suits you better. You will be provided an option to use Microsoft Authenticator App or your phone.
Once you set up additional authentication methods and proceed, you will be directed to "My Apps" page. You can click "Inform" to access "https://inform.arup.com". You can also go directly to that url to access the application.
Click "LOGIN" on the landing page of Inform.
- Now you can sign in with your email and authentication methods you set up! Welcome to Inform!
